Today is Terence’s and my sixth anniversary! I cannot believe it has been six years. To celebrate we went out last night with our great friends Scott and Melissa. We went to a movie theatre in Redmond called Gold Class cinemas. The idea of this theatre is that it’s supposed to be fancy pants, there are huge recliners and you order your dinner and they bring it to you. We saw Robin Hood which I liked and Terence thought was mildly entertaining. After the movie we headed over to the Parlor for a comedy show. There were three comedians and unlike the time before when we went and they were all relatively clean, these three were filthy. They swore a lot and made really inappropriate jokes. Even though that was kind of a bust it was still fun to spend some time out without the kids. After the parlor we headed over to Scott’s parents house and hung out in their hot tub for an hour or so. We ended up getting home around 2:00am which is pretty much unheard of for Terence and me. I was so tired that I was falling asleep in the car on the way home.
Thank you so much to my Mom and Dad who watched our kids for us last night and Terence’s Mom and Dad who watched them for us this morning so we could sleep in a little and not rush back to Redmond. Unfortunately Corey was throwing up although neither set of parents told us that until after we had picked them up; probably good because if they had I would have come home right away. So right now Corey and I are home sitting on the couch watching SpongBob and Terence and Connor are at the store buying juice for Corey. Such a great way to spend our anniversary! I literally could not ask for anything more!
