In an effort to work out more my friend Krista and I have been trying new things. This week we did water aerobics and Zumba. For those of you who don’t know what Zumba is it’s basically Latin dancing/step aerobics mixed into one hour long workout. I am not very coordinated and I do not look good shaking my booty but I thought I would give it a try. I have yet to determine whether or not I like it but as far as cardio workouts go it’s fast paced, you sweat pretty hard and it’s more entertaining then a treadmill. I’m hoping once I get the steps down a little more I will be better at it. Until then it’s back of the class for me!
