While Terence was in New York I had the opportunity to go to a Taylor Swift concert with one of my best friends from my ward. We left Sultan at 4:00pm and did not get into our seats at the Tacoma Dome until 8:15. Traffic was THAT BAD! Fortunately we enjoy each others company and aside from the fact that there was no bathroom in sight for hours we made it through the car ride relatively unscathed. The concert was AMAZING! Taylor is a great performer and I loved how everything in her show was fun and very clean. No dirty dancing, no skimpy costumes it was refreshing to see a young very popular star not giving into the image that everyone thinks is important. It was a great night and I would definitely go to another one of her concerts although next time I might leave my house a little earlier, like the day before.
