Sub Zero

My Uncle and his family just opened a new ice cream shop in Federal Way called Sub Zero.  They make amazing ice cream concoctions right in front of you using liquid nitrogen.  It's entertainment and a treat rolled into one.  There was an article about them in today's Seattle PI.  I highly recommend you check them out!  They are worth the drive, trust me!
