Moving on Up!

Now that its official and all the emails have gone out at work I feel like I can blog about this.  Terence got an amazing promotion at work!!! This has been a job that he has wanted pretty much since he started working at Egencia and has worked really hard to earn.  He will be moving from a Team Help position to a Premier Account Manager position.  He will have his own accounts (all of them on the East Coast) and he starts on Monday.  We are thrilled and feel so blessed to have this opportunity for our family!  I am so proud of Terence and all that he has accomplished in his job.  Now that he has gotten the promotion the real work starts.  He feels like he is pretty much starting over in a brand new job and in a lot of ways he is.  He knows his team at work but to his accounts he is brand new and has a whole new group of people to earn credibility with. It has been great for me to watch Terence work so hard over the last year and half and grow in his job and I am really excited to see him achieve new levels of awesome in his new role.

Once again, good job Terence!  I am so stinking proud of you and am very grateful for you and all that you do for our growing family.
