Life update

It's been a long time since I have blogged.  Lots has been going on so it's time for an update.  First off after my threatened miscarriage, everything is fine!  I am 19 weeks pregnant and things seem to be moving along exactly as they should be.  I had an ultrasound at 16 weeks and the hemorrhage is completely gone.  In fact the ultrasound tech could not find any indication of it when she looked for it.  That was fantastic news!  Then around 18 weeks I started to feel the baby move.  Little flutters here and there which have now turned into very distinct kicks.  I don't feel him all the time but occasionally I get a good one that reminds me that he's there.  Speaking of he, my gut feeling is still that this baby is a boy.  We won't know for sure until next week when we have our anatomy scan.  I would truthfully be shocked if it was a girl though. 
In other news, Terence and I went to Mexico a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely beautiful!  We spent 5 days in Puerto Vallarta and a resort called the Grand Velas.  It was an all inclusive resort with an amazing pool, beautiful beach and awesome food.  Terence won the trip through work with something called President's Club.  Basically he was the best of the best and that's why they sent him.  I felt so blessed to be able to go with him on such an amazing trip. My parent's stayed with the boys and the dogs while we were gone which was awesome of them to do!  It was so nice to know that the kids would be well taken care of and that we didn't have to worry about anything while we were gone.
Terence is going to be changing jobs at work.  He has unofficially changed jobs already but it looks like the switch is going to become permanent in the next week or so.  He will be moving into a new, more challenging role.  He's very excited for the opportunity.  Once again we feel so blessed to have Terence work for such an amazing company.  It's rare to find an employer who is willing to invest so much in their employee's and take such good care of them.
They boys are all doing great!  Connor will be finishing up kindergarten in the next couple months.  He has done so great and learned so much!  It's amazing to see him learn to read and write.  Last night he was playing on the floor and wrote out "I love my mom and dad" without any help.  Corey is growing up so much!  I feel like he has really matured and grown up a lot in the last few months.  He's a great helper around the house.  He loves to be with me doing what I am doing.  He's also a spectacular big brother to Tyson.  Speaking of Tyson, he is just about the cutest kid I have ever known!  Of course I'm bias but it's true!  He's so happy and easy going.  He's content to just be around his brother's watching them do whatever they are doing.  He's not talking a lot yet but does try to say words.  He's getting really tall and he is definitely sturdy! 
Over all I would say that life has been going great!  I feel so blessed and so content to be where we are at this stage of life.  I can't imagine things being any other way.
