I Work Out

Two and a half weeks ago Terence and I started a biggest loser type of competition with some of the families in our ward.  So far it has been a great experience for us.  We are using Facebook as our primary form of communication with the group and it is amazingly encouraging.  Every day someone is on there posting about what they did for their work out that day, how they are doing with their diet or things they are struggling with.  It's awesome because the accountability factor is there every time you log onto Facebook, which for me is a lot.  I really have enjoyed it so for.  Terence and I are also really starting to see results.  So far Terence has lost 10.5 lbs and I have lost 12, in two weeks!!  Our challenge is 10 weeks but I hope we can continue our momentum long after that.  The work outs are KILLER.  I go twice a day everyday for a total of about 2 and a half hours at the gym and Terence does about an hour and a half.  Still there is something every satisfying about waking up with sore muscles and knowing it's because you worked hard.  My goal when I started this challenge was to be on the south side of 200 at the end of 10 weeks.  There is a good chance I will make that goal.
