Finally after saying it, committing to it, ignoring it, hoping it would go away, I finally did it! I went to the gym today. I honestly cannot remember when the last time I was in a gym. Needless to say, it's been a while. I didn't do anything crazy just walked/ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes but the fact of the matter is I walked. I knew I would feel great/relieved after I went for the first time and I am actually looking forward to going tomorrow. My goal is 30lbs in three months. Lofty? Probably but I have done it before, I can do it again.

HOORAY! The first few days are always the hardest. But give it a couple weeks and you will be in a great routine and feeling awesome!

Whoo hoo! I walked yesterday for the first time in forever too. It was a 2 mile path around the neighborhood but it was nice to do. - Aunt Valerie
