I feel like I need to update and just write about all the things that have been going on over the last month. It's hard for me to know sometimes where to start so I guess I'm just going to start with Terence and work my way down the family.
T has been really busy with work lately. As I type this he is booking a trip to West Virginia to visit one of his accounts and do some training. It's been great for him to have some opportunities to travel and he is enjoying spending time in other parts of the country. We still feel so blessed that Terence has the job he has and that he loves it so much. Terence's other big thing right now is his gun collection. If he's not shooting them he's cleaning them. If he's not cleaning them he's researching his next purchase (or at least wishfully thinking about his next purchase).
J-I have been busy with my full time 24/7 job as a stay at home Mom. I can still say that I love it more then anything in the world and I can also say that I'm not so great at it. I often feel discouraged by how hard it is to keep the house clean and how often I go to bed with the dinner dishes in the sink. I do not however, feel discouraged by the time I get to spend with my kids or being there for their milestones. It's wonderful to watch them grow and change. I know I am not a perfect mother but I would not trade this job for anything!
Connor- is loving kindergarten! Every day he comes home with something new he has learned. Right now they are going through the alphabet and he loves it. He understands his letter sounds better and has started sounding out words. He is making new friends and his favorite thing to do at recess is play on the monkey bars, which he can go all the way across.
Cory-is a challenge right now! I love him to death but let me tell you, if I have a child like me it's Corey! He questions everything you tell him. He does not do anything you ask him to without having to ask him a million times. He's stubborn and hard headed and frustrating! We are still trying to figure out the best way to work with him and his personality. All that said though he is one of the sweetest, kindest little boys you will every meet. He adores babies and especially loves his little brother. He will play with Tyson for an hour just following him around the house showing him things and giving him toys. He loves to make Tyson laugh! I'm proud of Corey and his strong personality! I just hope I can learn how to reign him in a bit but if he's anything like me that probably won't happen.
Tyson- is my doll! He's such a happy kid. He's easy going and willing to just go with the flow. He is easy int he car, great about eating and is a champion sleeper! I don't want jinx myself but he is such an easy baby! His two bottom teeth are fully in and it looks like his top teeth are on their way as well. He's pretty sure he wants to walk but lacks the ability to do it yet. I am guessing he will walk well before he is one but I could be wrong.
Baby #4!

There is no perfect mom from the view that we have such high expectations of ourself. I know how you feel. But remember the dishes don't make you a great mom...being there makes you a great mom. You are doing awesome!
