I am a firm believer in pregnancy brain. When I get pregnant my brain turns completely to mush! I don't know what the scientific explanation is but I do know it happens. I just did not realize it happens so soon! Today I had to pick up three things from the drug store on the way home. Deodorant for Terence, a prescription for Corey and...and...blank. I cannot remember for the life of me what the third thing was. I was walking around the aisles of the store for 20 minutes trying to remember what it was. Nothing.
Here is the really ironic part. As I was writing this blog I remembered what item number three on my list was. Prenatal vitamins. This is going to be a long 9 months.

LOL! I thought it was a joke before. When other women would tell me about the pregnancy brain and just you wait Emily. I was like yeah yeah I'll let you have your excuse. Boy was I humbled. Something about producing that baby just takes everything from us.
Maybe something about being in YW gets people pregnant....we should warn the other leaders.:-)
Pretty sure when I was pregnant I remember not being able to speak at a normal pace. I was slow, and I couldn't say words right. Prego brain is legit.
