I have been working out a lot lately and really trying to get in shape. This has not been an easy road for me and the weight has not come off as easily as I would like it to. So for that reason I decided that instead of focusing
solely on losing weight I would set some other goals for myself. One was to run a mile in under 10 minutes. When I first started working out I was lucky if I could finish a mile in 15 minutes but over these past few weeks I have really tried to push myself. Today I accomplished my goal of running a mile in 9:55! My new goal is to run a mile in 9:00 minutes which I now feel is within my reach! Wish me luck!

You forgot to mention how fabulous you look. I think that's awesome that you have accomplished so much. Thanks for being such a great example to me. I love challenges.

Today I ran 3 miles in like 24 minutes, it's the first time I've been able to run for more than like 10 minutes since I got pregnant! It's such an awesome feeling isn't it? Maybe I'll run over to your house.
